3616 Alabama, ST PETERSBURG, FL, 33703-6002

This nearly 1/4 acre lot offers an updated home with a HUGE, fenced backyard perfect for barbeques & parties. A slider and several back bay windows showcase this additional entertaining space. The home has been freshly painted inside, has tile throughout, tons of natural light and a newer roof and a/c. You enter into the living room followed by the newly updated kitchen. A peek-a-boo window was created to open the space and provide a "pass-through" into the eating area. Granite countertops, decorative range hood, crown molding, and a wooden accent wall help modernize this spot. An additional counter space with drawers lends more storage to the room. The large family room is a perfect spot to relax. The master bedroom has a nice size walk-in closet & ensuite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are nicely sized with 2 sided closets & drawers. A separate utility room houses the washer/dryer and water heater. This gem is walking distance to Bayshore Blvd., the St. Raphael's Bridge, Snell Isle and just a short bike ride to downtown St. Pete and Vinoy Golf Club.
